Here are 2 simple steps to convert your BLEND to OBJ using our fast and free BLEND converter tool.
The BLEND file type is the native 3D graphics file format of the 3D modelling application Blender. Originally released in 1994 Blender has grown over the years and is one of the most popular 3D applications available.
BLEND files store 3D content such as 3D geometry, vertices, faces, normals, animations, materials and much more. Blender is free and open-source and contains many features you would expect in a high-end 3D editing application and is available for most current operating systems.
BLEND Converter Capabilities
When converting 3D Model/Mesh files using our [ey] converter we will attempt to convert color materials into a suitable format for use in the converted file.

The OBJ file format originally created by Wavefront Technologies and later adopted by many other 3D software vendors is a simple text-based file format for describing 3D model/geometry. This data can include Vertices, Faces, Normals, Texture Coordinates and references to external Texture files.
As the format is text-based it is relatively straight-forward to parse by 3D modelling applications. A downside of the text-based format is the files can be rather large compared to similar binary formats such as STL and compressed files such as 3MF.
Your BLEND file will be converted to a OBJ file using our unified 3D model and mesh conversion tool. Our BLEND 3D tool performs accurate conversions of 3D elements such as vertices, faces, normals and relevant material information. As BLEND supports color materials and OBJ does not, our tool will not attempt to transfer any color information, your final 3D model will contain geometry data only.
First click the "Upload..." button, select your BLEND file to upload. Your BLEND file will be uploaded to our servers. When the BLEND to OBJ conversion has completed, you can download your OBJ file straight away.
We aim to process all BLEND to OBJ conversions as quickly as possible, this usually takes around 5 seconds however this can be longer for certain files, so please be patient.
We aim to provide the best conversion experience. Our tools are under constant review and development with new features being added every week.
